13 February 2012 Dear All,
A director of our company has been given a disclosure that he has resigned from a company which was mentioned in the general disclosure placed by him at the begging of the year
My Query is that whether resignation from the mentioned company shall entered in the Register of Disclosure of Director Interest 299 i.e. "Register of Contracts, Companies & Firm in which director interested U/s 301

When u accept the general disclosure from the company and take note of the disclosure at Board Meeting, after that you will made entry in the concerned register about the company in which he is interested.
