DISALLOWANCE U/S 40A(3)(a)

A payment made to a person Rs.20000 in cash for multiple times in a one day against seperate bills (suppose Rs.20000 in each bill) can disallow u/s 40A(3)(a)?

yes. aggregate payment in day more than Rs.20000 by cash will attract sec.40A(3)
