If cash cheque given to employee for various exps incurred by him on behalf of the company on a single day, then these exps are disallowed as per income tax act while computing statement of business income. Can anyone tell me this ?. Possibly provide any write up on this.

if the employees spending the money for single expenses more than Rs.20000 then that will be disallowed
