01 October 2010 A PVT. LTD CO. WANT TO GIVE REMUNERATION TO THE DIRECTORS, NOW WHAT ARE THE THINGS THAT THEY NEED TO CONSIDER.
FURTHER WHICH RESOLUTION TO BE PASSED AND WHERE.

02 October 2010 Ceiling of remuneration is not applicable to Private Limited Companies as per section 198 of the companies act,1956. As per AOA the company can decide the remuneration.

The provisions of managerial remuneration will not apply to private limited company.

A private company can pay remuneration as per their articles.
