Does A pvt. Ltd. Company's directors allow remuneration as much as they want or is there any ceiling limit for the same, plzz clarify..

There is no ceiling limit in case of remuneration to directors of the private limited Company.

Ltd. company has made profit Rs. 100000/- before director remuneration at the year ending 31/3/2015, can this company directors accept full 1 lacs as director remuneration, or even for pvt. Ltd. company is there any limit for director remuneration... plz clarify..
