Can any one tell me?

1. I am doing tax audit of company and i want to know about section 274(1)(g) about directors disqualification.What is the meaning of above?

2. If suppose we not metioned above matter in report then what will effect on company and report?

23 July 2010 In case of tax audit disqualification need not be stated. So it does not affect tax audit.

The saem is to be mentioned in while doing statutory audit of a company.

24 July 2010 Agree with aditya as in tax audit comment on section 274(1)(g) is not mandatory.

However during statutory audit u hv to comment on the same as desired by section 227(3)(f).
