while auditing of private co, is it prerequisite to submit the director report & CA has to see wheather it is submitted or not?

As per my knowledge, Balance sheet and Profit and loss a/c will be annexed by director reports and auditors reports.
It means: Annual Reports includes:
1. Balance Sheet
2. Profit & Loss Account
3. Auditor's Report
4. Directors' Report
