20 April 2012 while auditing of private co, is it prerequisite to submit the director report & CA has to see wheather it is submitted or not?

what is the relevant importance of director report in Auditreport issued by the ca

As per my knowledge, Balance sheet and Profit and loss a/c will be annexed by director reports and auditors reports.

It means: Annual Reports includes:
1. Balance Sheet
2. Profit & Loss Account
3. Auditor's Report
4. Directors' Report
