16 February 2012 Can a director of a private ltd. company draw its remuneration in form of the professional charges instead of salary.

If yes then what are the formalities required for the same.

Yes, in case of private company their is no restriction on payment of remuneration because the provisions of remuneration will not apply to private company but they govern its own articles.
