07 May 2010 I wish to know whether a certificate from a Chartered Accountant is enough as a proof of Father's Name while applying for Director Identification Number??

07 May 2010 No, father name should be contained in proof of indentiy. i.e passport, voter id card, pan card, driving licence etc.
