How many declarations required from directors of Ltd company ?

There are couple of annual declarations:
1. Form MBP.1 regarding disclosure of interest by Director under section 184(1) of Companies Act, 2013.
2. Form DIR.8 regarding Disqualification under section 164(2) of Companies Act, 2013.
Rest of the declarations are event based. For example at the time for appointment you have to Collect form DIR.2 and so on...
