28 August 2013 Director imprest account is grouped under advance account(short term loan) where you group salary advances,,,,

Director credit card payment is not a business expences
.

if any business expences is there give him re-imbursement,,provided supporting with some bills originall paid by him or as per policy of company
.

other wise service tax applicable on payment to him
