if director name written in AOA as per law we assume thatdeemed first director of company for public co.
so my question is thatif director whose written AOA who will die before joining office than it's vaccancy of director?

According to me this should not be considered as a casual vacancy bcoz he never assumes office.
It is not mandatory to consider the person mentioned in AOA as first director. However in majority of cases your view is correct.
