HI FRIENDS I AM FILING DIR 12 FORM.IS ANY RESOLUTION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS.ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR WHO HAS APPOINTED ARE APPOINTED AS DIRECTOR IN AGM.I HAVE GOT APPOINTMENT LETTER AND DIR 2.TELL ME WHETHER ANY RESOLUTION SHOULD ALSO ATTACHED OR NOT.
