WHAT IS THE NEED OF DIN-2 AND DIN-3 FORM.

15 April 2011 The director has to inform the DIN to the company in DIN-2. Din 3 is used to inform DIN to the ROC by the company through MCA portal in case of those director's appointed before 1/07/2007.
