The director has to inform the DIN to the company in DIN-2. Din 3 is used to inform DIN to the ROC by the company through MCA portal in case of those director's appointed before 1/07/2007.

if all directors appointed after 01/07/2007.then, there shall no use of such forms..so, today these forms are use less?....
