In case of a partnership firm, can a partner sign ITR5 with his individual digital signature or he has to obtain a organisation digital signature and what should be its class?
Please advise me.

13 July 2012 The return is always signed by a partner on behalf of the firm.

The partner will use his own digital signature to sign the return.

13 July 2012 The managing partner of the firm has to take digital signature in his/her name and the return of the firm has to be signed with that DSC.
