IF THE INCOME OF AOP IS TAXABLE THAN WHETHER IT REQUIRE RETURN TO BE SIGNED DIGITALLY FOR AY 2013-14?

Digitally signing is not mandatory as a corollary to rule 12(3) proviso (aaa) and (ab) of the Income tax Rules,1962 provided the AOP is not covered under tax audit.
