Can we allow different leave structure to two employees working in an organisation under different working conditions? i.e. If a person is operating from his residence and does not require to commute to office at all and other persons who require to commute daily. Do both of them have equal leave facility or there can be any changes in that? Please further note that all are comming under Shops and Establishment Act.

The organizations generally adopt the same leave rules to all the employees of the company.But if the particular employee conditions of working is somehow different in which co. feels different rules required then co. can mention it appointment letter.While if its a simple matter of working from home verses from office then there will not be different rules.
