Difference in date and order of dissolution by court under companies act.

Respected Members,
I have a query regarding Section 481 and 459 of Companies Act that what is the difference between date of dissolution and the order of dissolution of Court that is mentioned in these sections?

by the time court order is passed, it may takes months together.......so there are two different dates.... one being date of resolution as has been passed..... and date of order of court
