Dear Experts,
plz clarify the difference between work contract and supplying of manpower..
here my case.. my client has taken contract of fitting & installation work from A factory however the materials for the same is to be suppling by factory.. in this case some CA has said it will be supplying of manpower for your client and some CA has said it is work contract for your client..
plzz clarify what exactly it is supplying of manpower or work contract also provide the any supporting case law & Notification...

The labourer is working under the control and supervision of the contractor. Therefore, it is 'works contract' though material is supplied by the awarder.
