Please tell me that is there any difference between statutory report and directors report?
plz briefly explain both.......

Both are so different that there is no relation between this. Both are covered under separate section of company act.

Statutory Report is covered under section 165 and Director Report is covered under section 217 of the Companies Act, 1956.
Statutory Report is one time report in life of the company but director report is part of Annual Report filed with ROC.
