SIR PLEASE TELL ME THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FIRM AND CO. DATE WHOSE AUDITED THIER ACCOUNTS.WHEN THEY FILL THEIR BALANCE SHEET AND RETURNS.IS THE DATE IS SAME.

IF a firm is being audited u/s 44AB then the due for the firm and company will be 30.09.
If firm not being audited u/s 44AB then due date 31.07
If firm not being audited u/s 44AB then due date 31.07
