AOP: It is formed with an intention to earn profits or to carry on an activity. Member of an AOP may be Individuals only or Individual and others like company firm etc.

BOI- It is not formed intentionally but due to certain compulsions- like sharing the income from a common undivided ancestral property . Individuals can only be the members.
