Which one is more beneficial monetarily & otherwise.

Small Business & Capital : Individual
Medium Business & Capital : Partnership
Large Business : Company.
If brand is to be created for a particular product; then definitely go for Company.
If more branches are there; to make personally responsible your executives/managers; Company formation is a must.
For more; refer books or attend suitable classes.
