23 December 2009 Can any expert provide me Analysis of Taxation i.e. between Individual, Partnership firm, & company ?
Which one is more beneficial monetarily & otherwise.
Please provide some analysis !!!

Medium Business & Capital : Partnership
Large Business : Company.

If brand is to be created for a particular product; then definitely go for Company.

If more branches are there; to make personally responsible your executives/managers; Company formation is a must.

For more; refer books or attend suitable classes.

24 December 2009 Since you are a CA Final Student; it would be better to work out your knowledge through Singhania's Book.

Different situations suggest different alternative.

If the level is too big; then only choice is to have a company.
