08 June 2011 We need to send the annual reports to our shareholders, recently the department of post has stopped the service of UCP, Please help me out how to send the reports to the shareholder. Should it be necessarily done through speed post or can it be done through ordinary post.

08 June 2011 If there is no specific standing instructions from members (ref:- section 53 of the companies Act,1956),it can be send by ordinary post in lieu of the suspension of service'under certificate of posting'.
