sir, i want to know the depreciation calculation as per W.D.V. & S.L.M Methods for 2 years because of my doubt is which amount will taken as a opening balance& Closing Balance. kindly solve my doubt with example for 2 financial years

opening balance come under both case after dep. less value..
means in WDV u charge dep. on opening value but under SLM u charge dep on Original value of assets (fixed dep each year)..
but both case closing balance come (opening balance - depreciation during the year)
