Hello Sir,
whether the depreciation should be taken @ as per income tax Act while calculating book profit u/s115jb

No ,because book profit should be computed as per part II and III of schedule VI of the companies Act,1956 in which depreciation should be calculated as per schedule XIV of the said act.
