15 March 2015 I want to know what are the rates of depreciation to be charged foe the finalcial year 2014-15 and if new rates as per companies act 2013 then the charge of depreciation is with retrospective or prospective effect.

15 March 2015 It is prospectively from 01.04.2014 but new depreciation rate and useful life to be applied to existing assets as well.
