Dear sirs,
A company has two factory buildings as per the IT rule and books of accounts.later the company has decided to let out one building for rent. how can i treat the depreciation and maintenance charge on let out building under IT rule as well as companies act?.
After years, the company has decided to get back the let out property and to use for own production, What will be the WDV of let out building under IT rule as well as the companies act?.
