Dear Sir,
If a Company sell its fixed assets to another Company in the month of November 2014, whether the Seller Company can avail Depreciation for 6 months i.e from 01.04.2014 to 30.09.2014 or not.

The ans is yes till the time it was the owner then proportional depreciation is allowed to them.
