Can any one tell me what is the effective date of the applicability of provisions as per new Companies Act? And if they are applicable please send me the link where I can study every provision related to depreciation with certain practical examples... Thank you

Depreciation as per Schedule II of Companies Act 2013 is applicable for all companies from 01.04.2014. See MCA General Circular 08/2014 dated 04.04.2014 from link given below:
