02 January 2017 case 1 . depreciation on truck case 2: depreciation on motor truck IS both case is same under taxtion ??? or NO dep in 1st case???? can some one please explain me

03 January 2017 prima facie both fall under same category. So the rate of depreciation is same.
The other factors for different rate of depreciation would be "used for goods transport" or "used for personal use"
