1. if you have a solar power plant, you can claim accelerated depreciation. You being a publication house has no link to it. But the deprecation is based on certain items only. kindly refer http://www.eai.in/club/users/aathmika/blogs/25442
the moot point is that you should have the solar plant!
in the tax return, you need to claim under the DPM_DOA sheet "plant and machinery" - "vi" column.
