what is the rate of Depriciation(as per Income Tax) on Plant and machinary purchased after 31/03/2005? is it 35%?

Appendix 1(rule 5 of income tax rules,1962) contain no such rate from 2003-04 to 2009-10.

Are you sure? I mean isnt it like if P&M is purchased after 31/03/2005 than Dep rate is 35%?

Hi!Existing rate of Dep is 15 on P&M and as per sec 32 Additionad dep is 20% if P&M is purchased after 31/03/2005
