Demand under section 143 (1)

incometaxIndiaefiling.gov.in site shows that a demand for the a.y. 2003-04 is determined. but I have that amount challan in my file. this is something mismatch error so that's why that demand has been raised. now tell me what to do in tjist case?

Write a letter for rectification u/s 154 to your jurisdictional AO clearly stating the facts and enclose a copy of the challan.
