Demand notice

01 July 2013 Hello,

For AY2010-11, company deducted my income tax from salary and tax deducted was showing on the IT website. I filed my ITR according to that in same year.

After some time, company revised the return from their end and now my tax deducted was deleted from my account and due to that I got a demand notice from the income tax dept.

Now, the company has been disolved, so what I should do in this case.

Please help it is really urgent.

01 July 2013 Have you taken a print out showing your TDS credit ?

Or, Have you obtained TDS certificate from the company ?

If yes, explain the situation to the AO
.
