12 April 2012 I want to file a return for the first quarter of 2012..There is only one purchase and one sale during this period.

What all forms do I have to fill ? Is online filing mandatory ?

Can I pay the taxes online ?

Every return has to be filed,even if it is nil electronically.Payment of taxes are arranged through banks in each state in different ways.Fnd it out through circulars issued by the Commissioner. Visit the web site www.dvat.gov.nic.in for further datails.....MJK
