Please define me Interstate Dealer, Registered Dealer,Unregistered Dealer,Lumsum Dealer (It is used in TallyErp)

Inter state delar- which is register under CST, while purchase of goods from out side the state
Registered dealer - A dealer registered under Local VAT- while purchase goods from local with in the state
Unregistered dealer- the dealer not registered under VAT
Lumsum dealar- like casual dealer, in rare transactions with in the state
