09 October 2021 I AM RESPONDING TO DEFECTIVE RETURN BUT AS SOON AS I SUBMIT IT , IT SHOWS INVAILD HASH VALUE IDENTIFIED , MODIFICATION OUTSIDE UTILITY IS NOT ALLOWED . I AM FILING ITR 3

09 October 2021 Yes, it is technical glitch. Defective returns are not getting uploaded at present with departmental utility.
File complaint under Grievances.
