Deduction under section 80(g) of it act

10 February 2012 I have donated Rs. 10,000 to Swaminarayan temple at kalupur, ahmedabad.

Whether i am eligible for the deduction under section 80(g) of the income tax act.

If yes @ what rate 100% i.e. Rs. 10000
or 50% (i.e Rs. 10000 * 50% = Rs. 5000)

As i don't know whether the Swaminarayan temple is registered under section 35 AC or not????

What to do in this case???
