03 September 2014 One of the salaried person is a handicapped and claiming deduction U/s 80U. His depended wife is also a handicapped. Wife is not claiming any deduction as she is a housewife.

Queiry : Can he claim in his salary deduction U/s 80U as well as 80DD.
