Sir,
One of our assessees want to claim deduction u/s 80DDB. But he doesnot provide any certificate from doctor who is giving treatment to him. but i have credit bills on his name. whether i can take it or not as deduction?

For claiming deduction 80DDB requieed form 10I from a specialist doctor working in a government hospital in India, confirming the treatment of the disease
