Hellow to All,
My client has paid LIC Premium in the name of her son(Policy Holder)from her Saving bank Account. Her son is Working in USA.Now the question is that, can she eligible to claim deduction u/s 80C? And more her son is not claiming any such deductions in USA?

Yes, if son not claiming deduction on such then father can claim but the premium should paid by the cash or through from the bank account of father.
If premium paid through bank but not from the bank account of father then father didn't claim that because of he not paid the preimum.
