Deduction u/s 35AD shall be available to specified business. One of the specified business is "Setting up and operating a Cold Chain facility". My query is whether term Cold Chain facility includes setting up and operating Cold Storage also?
Secondly if it is available (150%) of cost of capital, whether assesses shall be allowed deduction u/s 80IB?
