Deduction TDS on salary

24 August 2022 Dear Sir,

I have the query in TDS on salary.. here in the xyz co deducting TDS 10% directly on the salary.
is there any problem if I continue the same?
I told them the calculation but here they ask me to deduct the same?
what i have to do?

24 August 2022 As per Income Tax rules, there is no specific rate for TDS on salary deduction. The deduction is based on the TDS on salary slab. Use TDS on salary or income tax calculator for getting an estimate when doing TDS calculation on salary for FY 2022-23.
