Dear sir
On maturity of my fixed deposit in state Bank of India a particular amt of tax been deducted always even though I hav submitted 15 G form. So can you plz advice me in this regards why tax been deducted. Thank you in advance.

Probably your application is not attended to or the form might have been 15H.
