1. In income tax act payment of aurthopedic surgen &
physiotherapist for self surgery ductable u/s 80dd
2. I am handicaped 20% disability in leg deduction
u/s 80 U can i avail or not

Hi
You can not claim deduction u/s 80DD since it is for exp incurred on dependent.
You can claim deduction upto Rs. 50 K u/s 80U but for that you need to obtain certificate from a Neurologist with an MD in Neurology or a Civil Surgeon or Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of a government hospital.
