30 April 2015 i have one own house property in city 'A' , loan is continue but house is not letout. I'm in city'B' due to employment in govt.of gujarat, where i'm paying rent and receiving HRA . can i claim ?HRA ?Loan principal amt. ?loan interest how much? * There is only one house property

01 May 2015 Since there is only one house property it shall be SOP and you can claim interest and loan principal repayment benefits. You can also claim HRA as you are residing in city B due to your employment, paying rent there and not able to occupy the house in city A due to your employment.
