Can date of finalisation of standalone balance sheet and consolidated balance sheet be on different dates?

07 July 2015 I would suggest you to adopt standalone and consolidated balance sheet by way of a single resolution of board of directors.

There is no point adopting the same at different dates through separate board resolution.

07 July 2015 But what if one of its associate company could not be able to finalise its balance sheet to be coincided with the balance sheet of the parent?
