20 April 2012 Hello everyone,

MOA & AOA is ready. suppose i am filing form 1 today & stamp duty will be paid electronically today then which date should be mentioned in the MOA & AOA ?

The date will be on which both subscribers sign the MOA & AOA subscription page and attested by Professional.

It can be today any date before today.
