I run a cyber Cafe. We don't provide any bills. My question is how to get audited for such business. Under which form we have to file IT returns.

02 August 2010 If you maintain daily collection book and at the day end it is signed by the proprietor then it would be sufficient for audit purpose in your case (looking to its nature).

Better if every next day you deposit the collected amount in the bank and withdraw regularly from the bank for your expenditure purpose.

Thenafter your case would not require any question either from Auditor or from the Income-Tax Department.
